TruGreen  Lawn Plugs are a remarkable way to re-establish lush, healthy turf in bare or thin spots of your lawn. Your lawn specialist will take care of the hassle and hard work for you! Using specialized tools, we remove sections of soil and insert new lawn plugs. The plugs are about 3″ by 3″ and have an established root ball. We have installed many plugs in the Hattiesburg area with great success. 12 inch spacing between plugs will normally allow plugs to spread and thicken in about 60 days or less with good conditions. We also have customers choosing 24″-36″ spacing to spend less money and still get good results, but with longer grow-in time. If properly watered, the plugs are usually “rooted” within about 2 weeks.
